These Terms of Use regulate access to and use of the StemTune application, made available by PC e-Business. By installing, accessing or using the application, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use StemTune.

1. Who can use it

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are a minor or legally incapable, use must occur with the knowledge and authorization of your legal guardian, who must monitor the use and purchases made.

2. Recreational and non-professional purposes

StemTune is a tool for entertainment, study and music practice. It uses computer processing to try to separate voice and instruments from audio files. The result is an estimate and may contain inter-track leaks, artifacts, distortions, volume differences, misclassifications, or loss of quality.

The application is not intended for critical activities nor is it a substitute for software, equipment, service or professional judgment. Do not use StemTune as the only tool in presentations, commercial productions, contract work, file preservation, meeting deadlines or any situation in which a failure could cause material damage. Check the results before using them and keep backup copies of the original files.

3. Continuous evolution and technical requirements

StemTune is continually evolving and may require future improvements, corrections and adjustments. Features, processing models, supported formats, performance, limits, and interface may change. Application or operating system updates may be required.

Operation and processing time vary depending on device, operating system, audio duration and quality, available space, memory, battery and other factors. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the application available and functional, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices and files, or perfect or fit-for-purpose results cannot be guaranteed.

4. Audio files and copyright

You should only import, copy, process, modify, export, perform, share or use audio files when:

Possession of or access to a file, streaming subscription, or purchased copy does not automatically grant permission to adapt, distribute, publicly perform, make available, or exploit the work. StemTune does not grant licenses to third party music, recordings, performances or other content.

You are solely responsible for verifying and obtaining the necessary authorizations and for respecting copyrights, related rights, image, voice, brands, contracts and other applicable rights. It is prohibited to use the application to circumvent copy protection or DRM, process illegally obtained content, distribute material without authorization or violate the rights of third parties.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions, charges, renewals, cancellations, refunds and restoration of purchases are processed by the applicable application store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with its rules and rights provided by law. The prices, periods and benefits displayed at the time of purchase prevail. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of violation of these Terms, security risk, fraud, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service, subject to consumer rights and applicable legal obligations.
